Making a Purchase
When you see an item you want, enter the shop by clicking on the item. Choose the catalog and your item. Click on the "Add to Cart" button to add the item to your shopping cart purchase. When done shopping, proceed to Checkout and fill in the shipping any payment methods. Remember, an item isn't yours until you pay for it at Checkout.

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards via PayPal. Please enter your PayPal account information as requested. You may sign up for a PayPal account during the purchase process.

We only ship via Priority Mail United States Postal Service. Unless otherwise indicated, most items leave our warehouse within two business days after you place your order. As soon as it ships, we e-mail your shipping details, when available we including a tracking number. Please allow 5-7 business days following shipment for your order to be delivered.
Return Policy
If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply call us at 1-813-454-6645 to set up a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Shipped item to us within 15 days of receipt in resaleable condition will be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspected it, and approve it for a refund. We will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item excluding shipping and handling charges. We do not accept returned items that have been used or laundered. There are no restocking fees if the product is returned unused and in resaleable condition. Items not returned in their original condition and packaging will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.
Our "Money Back Guarantee" is meant to make your shopping experience enjoyable and convenient. You may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price less any coupons used, shipping charges, and gift wrapping fees, if applicable.

Are closeout items returnable? No, all closeout and specially marked items are not returnable due to stocking reasons.
